Pam Snowball joins Virtual Staff College

Virtual Staff College are pleased to announce the appointment of Pam Snowball to the position of Director of Operations.

 

Pam joins VSC from Bolton Council where she has been Workforce Development Manager for the Social Care Sector since 2002. Prior to this, Pam has worked in several Local Authorities in the North West region in education and social care settings.

 

Pam’s role will be to assist the college Chief Executive, Anton Florek, in developing and delivering a range of different programmes. She will also be heavily involved in the Leadership Academy in partnership with the National College and CWDC.

 

In welcoming Pam, Anton Florek, Chief Executive said:

 

“Pam brings with her a wealth of experience in the children’s services sector and I’m sure will prove to be a fantastic addition to the team”.

 

Speaking about her appointment, Pam Snowball said:

 

“I am very pleased to be working for such a dynamic and exciting organisation that is at the forefront of providing leadership and management development opportunities to support Children’s Services to meet current and future challenges”

 

Pam started in her new role on 5th October and will primarily be based at the VSC head office in Manchester.
