DCS Leadership Programme

The DCS Leadership Programme is a programme for those at the forefront of children’s services.

The programme aims to provide the very best leadership development and contextualised learning, leading to effective personal and organisational change for directors of children’s services (DCSs). The Virtual Staff College took over the running of this programme on the 1st November 2011 from The National College for School Leadership. This programme is one element of a range of opportunities in leadership development for children’s services provided by the Virtual Staff College on behalf of Children’s Improvement Board and its Leadership Forum.
